Expanding Southeast Asia Footprint

Swire Coca-Cola Limited announced completing all transactions on 30th September 2024 to become the majority shareholder of ThaiNamthip Corporation Limited (TNTC). This key milestone marks Swire Coca-Cola’s continued expansion in Southeast Asia, particularly to Thailand and Laos.

Southeast Asia is one of the fastest-growing regions in the world and the third-largest economic zone in Asia. Together with ThaiNamthip, Swire Coca-Cola now reaches close to 200 million people across Southeast Asia and 956 million people globally.
